Fog drifts over Victorian streets as whispers gather around a brilliant doctor with a dangerous secret. Step into a gothic mystery visual novel where you read letters, examine clues, and watch London unfold through fractured perspectives. This story game explores identity, temptation, and the fragile line between civility and chaos—told with literary pacing and character-driven scenes. Every note, journal page, and marginal scrawl points to a truth that refuses to stay buried.

📘 Story & Genre
A faithful, atmospheric retelling set in Victorian London. I was introduced to this game through the Phantom of the Opera one, and I absolutely loved the aforementioned game. However, a lot of this game is locked behind a pay wall and the ads don't come frequently enough to get you the materials to play side quests and get the gallery images. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, the game is great.

Something is telling me to rate this game even lower but due to my experiences, I choose to rate it three stars. It was very fun and interesting at first, I enjoyed the story and I didn't mind watching ads every so often. The daily ads come of great usage to save your money but as I got deeper into the game the developers become more greedy, asking for more coins for short parts of the story, just to ask for even more later. It annoys me, that the potential this game had fell to greed.

Loved it! If you want to play this game with the additional stories, I'd recommend doing it along the timeline... I finished the free store then went back to do the others, and it's not as fun (spoilers, ya know). But the graphic I have no issues with, and I'm glad the gameplay has an option to not pay for it. May not be a kids game, though... It confused my cousin when I tried to get her to play 😅
